Description
Another postcard from the Rose series, this one is from around 1927. It shows the Yarra Junction railway station which was relocated from Lilydale in 1914. From here a narrow gauge tramway went to Powelltown. That tramway closed in 1945 and Yarra Junction’s station closed in 1965.
