Description
Neat poster advertising the subdivision of part of the Moonga holding. The remaining was subdivided around 1932. This portion is in 2 parts, the block bounded by Warra Road, Railway Avenue (now Power Avenue), Toorak Avenue and Moonga Street plus a strip from Toorak Road around Power Avenue heading north to Power Street (Power Avenue on the poster). There was a report in the Argus on the monday following the auction of one block selling for £4/10/0 per frontage foot. The report on page 8 did not number the block.
