Description
It seems that this subdivision was sold off in 3 sales. The first on Monday the 16th of December 1889, 71 allotments, this one on the 14th of January 1890, 65 allotments and a third on Easter Monday the 30th of March 1891, 91 allotments. It starts on Ocean Parade, (now The Esplanade) between Darian and Beach Roads and heads west to Geelong Road. There were a number of sales in the following years where purchasers sold some of the allotments that they had bought.
