Description
This sale of 48 allotments is the first sale of a larger subdivision. The second part went to auction on the 6th of October. I could find no newspaper reports on the success of either sale. This section starts on the northern side of Innellan Road between the eastern side of Ardyne and both sides of Bute Street and heads north to Railway Parade. Some blocks have already been sold or have been excluded from the sale.
