Apollo Bay looking south from Marriner’s Hill ca. 1920s

Description

The Valentine’s photographer, along with some children, is on Marriner’s Lookout looking south to the town, the beach and the pier. The year is likely to be in the 1920s and the view shows little development.  I’ve tried to research who Marriner was but nothing has popped up yet.  Strange, given the road, the lookout and the falls all carry the family name.
