Description
Glenluss was a property from as early as 1897 when they advertised that a champion Clydesdale would be “standing” there. It is likely the name comes from a river in Scotland – but don’t quote me. I could find no advertisements for the sale except for a report from the Werribee Council where thay were asked to put their seal on the subdivision, which the did. The subdivion is all on the northern side of Market Street (now a Road) and Railway Road (now an Avenue). It starts near the junction of Manly Street and Market Street and extends until it reached Tarneit Road.
