Description
The first advertisements for this subdivision appeared in October 1888. Then they were for private sale. By 1892 another agent was advertising the allotments, J. G. Cooke of 211 Collins Street. The subdivision starts of Blackburn Road at the railway line and heads south along both sides of Blackburn Road to Wellington Avenue. Then it follows Wellington Avenue though to Central Road.
