An amazingly detailed aerial image of Box Hill made by Charles Daniel Pratt in March 1953. He is just on the city side of Elgar Road looking back to Middleborough Road. One can pick out the old Railway Station, the Box Hill Town Hall, the city oval, Dorking Road and St Andrew’s Church.
