Flinders Street Station ca. 1927

Looking south west from near St Paul’s towards the Flinders Street Station

The photographer from Southern Cross postcards is standing right on the edge of the road outside St Paul’s Cathedral taking a picture of the Flinders Street Station.  Traffic seems more controlled that the 1909 image.  One can see the policeman on duty, a car lining up for a hook right hand turn and most pedestrians are following the rules.
