Description
This sale comes close to the end of the land boom and the vendor is lucky to have sold 11 of the 17 allotments on offer. The 6 remaining are now available at £7 or £8 per frontage foot – lot 6 is available for £420 – a substantial sum. The subdivision is on the north side of Cotham Road between Marshall Place (now Avenue) and Park Street (now Adeney Avenue) and runs north to about where Marshall starts to curve.
