Description
44 Lots varying in size from 9 acres to 14 acrea for sale in 1908. Lots 9 to 17 would later go to make up the Morack Public Golf Course. At £10 per acre that would make a quarter acre block … cheap. The development runs down the eastern side of Terrara Road to about Ngumby Court and then spreads eastward to the Dandenong Creek. In 1908 The northern section of Terrara was called Station Road and Morack Road was called Railway Road. The only other road named was Burwood Road.
