Description
I could find only one advertisement for this auction – in the Argus on page 15 a week before the sale. No reports on how the sale went. The subdivision starts on the eastern side of Point Nepean Road, close to the corner with South Road and follows both sides of South and North Avenues eastward to a point about level with Harding Street. The north side of North Avenue is included just to the dogleg.
