Description
A newspaper report on the 14th of November 1887 said that the October sale achieved a total of £1611 and that three allotment on Wilson Street sold for a total of £324-13-9. They did not report how many of the 25 allotments sold. Given the fontages are all 18 feet wide, the Wilson Street properties went for an average of £9 per frontage foot.
