Description
Sixteen blocks in, what the poster describes as Surrey Hills, but is now Mont Albert. The sale must have been part of a larger and earlier subdivision given the lot numbers. Two of the streets have had name changes – Wellington has become Wellesley and Nelson has become Trafalgar. Marlborough and Gordon have held their ground.
