Description
The date is the 15th of September 1888 and we are getting closer to the end of the “Land Boom” and the posters are getting to look so good. We are in Mont Albert but close to Box Hill on the north side of Cotham/Whitehorse Road and there are 60 building sites on offer. They run along the north side of Cotham, south side of Curlewis, east side of Laing, west side of Howard (now called Hotham) and a few blocks on Victoria Crescent.
