Description
I could find no advertisements for this sale but there was mention of the estate and sales back to 1911. This is speculation but this may be the final sale with the main house, Monomeeth, and its land being split and the house being removed. There are only 12 allotments that start on Flinders Parade one allotment south of Ozone Road and run west, over Sea View Parade, to the east side of Margate Street. The edges ant heading of the poster have issues but will not be restored. The main part of the map is fine.
