Description
This is the third sale in the subdivision. The sales spread over the end of the “Land Boom” in Victoria running in 1887, 1888 and this one in November 1889. I could not find any newspaper reports on how any of the sales went but there was a two line add in late October 1888 offering a lot for £3 per frontage foot. This sale runs from the south side of Kilby Road to Cadow Street covering both sides of Strathalbyn Street and the western side of Westbrook Street.
