Description
Lots of advertisements leading up to this auction in 1887, large displays and many 2 line teasers. The subdivision starts on the north west corner of Norfolk Road (now Gaffney Street) and Northumberland Road and heads west to Railway Parade and then north to View Hill Road (now Austin Cresent). Streets cutting though the subdivision include Fawkner Road, Heath Street and Grover Street. Lots 89 to 94 and parts of lots 86 to 88 have been included in the Austin Cresent Reserve.
