Description

This is the fourth part of a sale which commenced on the 13th of October 1888. The second was on the 27th of October and the third on the 3rd of November. It’s interesting that they waited 5 months before offering the balance of the estate. This part of the estate starts on the northern side of Mary Street between Nimmo and Roberts Street and extends north by 10 allotments. Probably to 79 Roberts Street (lot 170).
