Description
The plan of subdivision proposes 18 small farms and 57 villa allotments. The cutting from The Age suggests it was a successful sale. The actual plan is rough with people adding detail to the layout, pasting in cutouts (the villa development along Highbury Road), sale prices and the newspaper article. I have tidied the plan but left it rough. The development starts on the corner of Highbury and Boundary (now Warrigal) Roads, heads east to Bay View Avenue (now Huntingdale Road) and south to just short of Leopold and Arthur Streets.
