Description
Such a great poster facing the end of the “Land Boom”. I could find no reports on how well the sale went. An indication might be that this is the third sale on this subdivision. The first was on the 6th of October 1888, the second 3 weeks later and now five weeks later this sale. Of the 92 allotment only 25 or so have been sold. The subdivision is on the south east corner of High Street (now High Street Road) and Boundary (now Warrigal) Road and extends south to Temple Street then east to Queen’s Parade.
