The executors of Mr. Septimus Miller have subdivided his estate into 32 lots and are constructing Findon Avenue themselves. The sale realised £39,369, an average of £1,230 a block. Probably a very good result. The subdivision starts on the southern side of Dandenong Road and runs south to numbers 1 and 2 Findon Avenue and on Waiora Road, south along the eastern side to number 12. It seems Lots 6 and 7 have undergone further redevelopment.
