Description
“135 Valuable Sites ” up for auction on the 4th of February, 1888. I could find nothing on the outcome of that sale but on the 14th of April with a different auctioneer the land (or what did not sell in February) was on the market again. The orientation of the map is such that north is out to the right. So that development is bounded in the north by Neerim Road then heads south between Railway and Truganini Roads. On reaching Centre Road it heads east to Koornang Road while continuing south to Munro Avenue. The western boundary is set by Reserve Avenue and Railway Road.
