Description
If lots of advertisements make for a successful sale this must have been monumental. Could not find any details of the outcome however. 185 lots for sale as the end of the”Land Boom” is rapidly approaching. The development is bounded by Wattletree Road in the north, Glendearg in the east, Station Street in the south and Chandlers and Commercial (now Soudan) Roads in the west. Many of the other streets have changed the names, Railway Road has become Claremont Avenue, Malvern Avenue has become McKinley but Glendearg Grove has hung on.
