Description
A very neat poster from 1888 advertising the subdivision of 50 allotments right on the Junction. In the advertisements they go on about about Charing Cross in London:-
Charing Cross, London, is in comparison with the Charing Cross, Upper Hawthorn. A legitimate comparison for central position and Business Importance.
I could not find the reason for the two blocks shaded red and have left them so.
