Wangaanella Estate 5th May, 1888 – Camberwell

There was an earlier sale, 23rd March, 1888 and I could not find any results in the papers, similarly for the one in May. No results were reported. The subdivision runs from the south side of Riversdale Road between both sides of Aird Street and Trafalgar Road, south to the right-of-way behind the properties fronting Nelson Road. Peppin Street is covered entirely. Lots 48 to 43 seem to have been aquired for a park. The edges are a little crumpled and I’ve left them that way. Th artist who did the coloring in gets a fail.
