49 (maybe 48) lots for auction in 1923. The development starts on the south east corner of Weatherall Raod and Church Street. Most of the allotments in Lindsay Street and Parkside Street are included. Most of the blocks in the western end of Gordon Street are also covered but few beyond Spicer Street. The poster does have two interesting images, one looking south on Charman Road and the other (maybe taken from Park Road) looking over the area where the estate sits.
