Description
This sale is getting close to the end of the “Land Boom” and the area that is being subdivided may not have faired so well. The current layout of roads, while similar, is different to that on the poster. Leonard Street still runs from Cotham Road to Gordon Street but Seymour Street has gone. Wolseley Crescent is there but Beauchamp may have changed to Bennett and does not run all the way from Cotham to Gordon.
