The first sale on the Cranmore Estate was on the 14th of October 1885. Another on the 13th of March 1886. A third, with possibly more areas being sold off, on the 13th of November 1886. This third sale was rained out the sale realising only £1569-7-6. Blocks sold from £2-17-6 per frontage foot to £4-5-0 on Barkers Road. This sale, on the 1st of October 1887, raised £4188 with blocks going for £2-7-0 to £4-3-0 per frontage foot. Given that this is the fourth sale it may explain the gaps in the offerings. Streets covered include Cranmore (now Haines), Percy, Barkers, Fitzwilliam, Stansell, Edgevale and moir Streets.
