Cromwell Park Estate 1888 – Surrey Hills

The date is the 20th of October 1888 and we are getting closer to the end of the “Land Boom” and the posters are getting to look so good. Not sure how Cromwell got into the act but he looks good with his Napoleon stance. There was a tear on the original poster (top left corner) and this has been repaired.  The unrepaired poster is still available leave a message in with the order. The subdivision covers 10 blocks on Union Road, 20 along Scheele street and 10 on the east side of Langford.  There are 6 facing Weybridge.
