Description
Ninety-six lots for sale conveniently split into two sections designed to confuse people. As are all the name changes to the streets. The subdivision is just south of the south west corner of Canterbury Road and Station Road (now just a street). The streets involved are Pitt (now Stanley), George (now Clifton) and Rundle (now Piedmont). The subdivision extends west to near Gibson Street but that is not on the poster. Also not on the poster is Edinburgh Street which would have been a later re-subdivision.
