Description
Twenty lots varying in size from 41/2 acres to just over 8. It looks like 11 lots have been sold at up to £7-15-0 per acre. In 1894 creditors of the Freehold Investment and Banking Company were paid 4 pence in the pound. Given that there are still some lots to be sold the poster as is would be from 1893.
The land runs east from Springvale Road along Garden Road until it reaches Flora Road and McGowans Road. Then north along both sides of Flora Road to its end.
