On the 14th of February a two line advertisement went into the Age, page 15:-
DONCASTER.— Small Farms Estate.— Notice! Plans.
now ready. 5A £5 deposit. Cooke, 211 Collins st.
The State Library of Victoria has this poster dated at about 1900 and that it is a record of the sales to that time. The poster is rough but holds much history. The development starts on the north east corner of Woodhouse Road and York (now Springvale) Roads and extends northward to just beyond Power Street. In the west it extends to about 180 metres beyond Hunt Street.
