Grand Junction Estate Braybrook 19th November 1887 – Sunshine

This is the 4th sale on the Grand Junction Estate. The first was on the 27th of November 1886, probably selling the area marked “A“. The second and third followed on the next two Saturdays. Then a break over Christmas for the fourth on the 19th of February 1887. I could not find any record of the success of the sales. The subdivision starts on the south side of Langbein Street (now Dickson Street) and heads south covering Whitty, Tyler, Servante and Pizzey Streets to Durham Road (now Monash Street). Then picks up a section between Railway Place and Victoria Street. The map itself is super fine.
