Description
A poster with so much information and it looks like most blocks sold. In October 1907 there were advertisements for this subdivision, same estate name, same auctioneer, and similar street names. The sales in 1907 were held in the auctioneers’ city office. The subdivision is bounded by the Warburton Highway in the north, Little Yarra Road in the south west and Riversdale Street in the south east – Douglas Parade cuts through the subdivision.
