Description
A subdivision of some 35 lots which includes Mr. Kilburn’s house on the corner of Agnes Street and Elgar Road. The year is 1915 – probably not the best year to go to market. Maybe evidenced by the fact that only one lot, 35, has a price recorded, £2/-/- per frontage foot – that’s £120 ($240) in 1915 money. The subdivision extends west along the north side of Mont Albert to the other side of Rowland Street and north to cover both sides of Agnes.
