Description
A very stylist poster from 1888 offering 74 lots for sale – 50 of which have already been sold. A very happy realtor there. The poster has a peculiar orientation – north is out to the left of the map instead of being to the top of the page. Some of the street names have change since 1888. The Crescent is now Boisdale, Burwood is now Boronia and “Government” Road is now Elwood Street. Those that have held their place are Broughton, Sherwood and Goodwood.
