Description
The owner of the land, Councillor John Pigdon, is selling off the part between the “Hall” and the railway line. Some has already been sold. The allotments are mainly on the western side of Station Street and run five blocks west along Florence, Hall and Jessie Streets. Advertisements for the sale refer to the estate as the “Moreland Park Estate” where the poster only says “Moreland Estate”.
