Description
We have 28 allotments varying from one acre to just over six acres. I could not find any advertisements for this private sale but someone has penciled in the location of the Blackburn Township Estate (just below the Blackburn Station) and that estate went to auction in 1888. So we are looking at a date around that time. The subdivision itself starts on Canterbury Road and heads south along both sides of Orchard Grove and extends south to at least Eley Road.
