Description
I looked but could find only one small mention of this auction and that was in “The Leader, Justice for All”, it was at the end of a list of auctions for the day. Given there was a land boom happening and most other vendors went in for large display ads it seems a strange tactic. The development itself starts at the north west corner of Point Nepean Road and Centre Road and spreads north west covering Lilac Crescent, Violet Crescent and all of Primrose Crescent.
