F. L. FLINT has been instructed to sell by auction,
on the ground, PROSPECT HILL, CAMBERWELL.
Owing to the bad weather at the last sale and only a
few allotments being sold, the vendor has determined
to offer the balance of the estate.  .. Age 13th March 1886

The new sale went ahead on the 27th of March and it seems all went well. All lots appear to have sold for prices between 25/- and 35/-. Two, very deep blocks, sold for £3-15-0 and £2-10-0 each. The subdivision starts on Prospect Hill Road picking up both side of Carinda Road and west to the Outer Circle Line, then north across Morseby and Matlock finishing at the park in the north.
