Description
There was a sale in December 1882 which offered 38 lots, this sale of 104 lots in 1883, another in December 1884 and a fourth offering lots 23 to about lot 94. The last sale is on this site and was advertised in 1890 as “Logan’s Paddock” and the subdivision more closely reflects the present layout. The streets involved are Sutherland Street (now Wattle Valley Road), Bryson Street and Peospect Hill Road. The poster is crisp with a little yellowing – I’ve left that but if one would like it removed that can be done.
