Description
A subdivision of 150 allotment starting on the north side of Whitehorse Road and running north to the Mullum Mullum Creek. It covers the eastern side of Deep Creek Road and the western side of Range View Grove (now Dampier Grove). Warnes Road starts at Whitehorse and runs paralell to Deep Creek Road. Tarrangower, Prince Edward, and James Avenues come off Warnes Road and run in an easterly direction to Dampier Grove. It seems the auctioneer has recorded the price paid for some of the blocks – lots along Whitehorse Road sold for as much as 45/- per frontage foot. Lot 7 sold for a total of £146-5-0. While lots behind sold for around £62.
