Sunny Hill Estate 21st November 1925 – Ferntree Gully

The poster does not mention the time and place of the sale but newspaper pieces say that it was to be held on Saturday the 21st of November, 1925 on the estate. I could not find any reports on the success of the auction but 18 months later the agents were advertising blocks on the estate in small 2 line advertisements. The estate was known as Lester’s Sunny Hill Estate. It is centered around Bruce Crescent but touches Warrabel Road and part of View Street (now Alma Avenue).
