Description
110 lots for sale in September 1917, fourteen months before the end of WWI. I could not find any results for the auction. The auctioneers have claimed that the area was on the highest bayside hill between Melbourne and Frankston – hence the name of the estate – so you would have to believe them. The estate faces the Nepean Highway and runs east along Sandford, Turner and Alfred Streets to and including both sides of Peace Street.
