Description
This is the second sale of Tibrockney. The first was on the 8th of October, 1885 and presumably 44 lots sold. I have not been able to find out the meaning of “Tibrockney” although there was a three year old horse in Melbourne in 1888. The development is bounded in the north by Highett Road in the east by both side of Beaumaris Parade, in the south by Bay Road and in the west by both sides of Avoca Street to Stirling Avenue then by Tibrockney Road to Highett Road.
