Description
Earlier auctions have moved many of the 150 allotments in this subdivision – only 44 to go. I’ve not seen any reports on how well the earlier sales went but there was an auction on the 3rd of November and they were offering 70 allotments. The subdivision is bounded by Kate Street in the west, Ruth and Alexina Streets in the north, Alfrieda Street in the east and Main Road in the south. Other streets involved include Arthur, Mitchell, Elaine, Linda, Elizabeth, Gertrude, Adelaide Streets and Albert and Victoria Crescents.
