Description
According to the newspaper advertisements for the sale the whole subdivision was worked as a farm by Mr. George Blood, his residence is part of lot 51, and the farm formed part of an estate that had to be settled. The subdivision runs from the north east corner of Station Street and Whitehorse Road (called Cotham Road on the poster) north to Thames Street and east to cover both sides of Watts Street.
