Description
The subdivision starts on the south west corner of Whitehorse and Elgar Roads and goes west along Whitehorse for 10 lots and then south over Huddersfield (now Zetland) Road, across the railway line to Halifax Road (now Churchill Street), then west to around Salisbury Avenue. Advertisement were hard to find, I found one, and could find no reports on how well the auction went.
