Description
Thirty-nine of the forty-one allotment sold on the day raising £3,368 6s 1d. I’d love to know which ones failed to find a buyer. The subdivision starts on Wellington Street between May Street and Davis Street then heads south allong both sides of May and the western side of Davis. It finishes about half way to Fitzwilliam Street. The Plan of Locality shows the land going all the way to Fitzwilliam – not quite right.
